Don’t think I could have had worse service. From the start after paying the deposit had no communication. After chasing and chasing got a site visiting. We wanted oak tops and glass shelves , lights That I said I could arrange as it’s not somthing they normally do they said they could source it wasn’t a problem turned up with out any pushed it back on me. The painted finish was extremely poor. Filling of the nails and screw extremely poor however they said they said they was coming back 3 days later to finish and install a trim never showed up. Or heard a thing from them this was over 10 days ago. If you have any standard I’d advise saving your money and using some where else The job they do is very diy at a professional fitters price

I had a 26 year old gas fire in cast iron surround not working ! Easy thought I to get new fire … NO until I was told by lots of friends Artisan would sort it. Well we had a few hiccups along the way due to size,production etc. I was worried but needn’t have been. Even received a phone call from Chris quite late at night to reassure me everything would be sorted. It’s now fitted and I’m warm and cosy. Other firms would have made me buy new surround and fire at great cost ! Thanks Sue,Lucy,Chris and fitter Alex.

We visited Artisan Fireplace Design on a very cold January day but we were soon welcomed warmly by Julie who kindly showed us around the amazing showroom with so many different fires on display, the choice was outstanding. Julie was so polite, helpful, professional and informative. We finally chose the fire we liked and collected a couple of weeks later. The whole process was seamless. The fire has recently been installed and is such a wow factor, completely changing our living room, a fantastic edition. Thanks Sue. I cannot praise these people enough! Excellent service from start to finish! The young lad that dealt with my order throughout was so polite and helpful!! The whole process went smoothly and I am very pleased with my new wood burner! The installation went smoothly and Giles was excellent and very efficient and friendly!! Excellent service and good customer relations are hard to find in this day and age , so it was a breath of fresh air to deal with this company who actually care about their customers!! Thank you !!
