Had an issue with a machine. It took my money and didn't work. Spoke to a staff member over the phone and had to wait a little while due to her not being on the premises, but on arrival, she sorted the issue straight away and refunded my money. Overall, it was good communication and great service.

Always spotlessly clean, £3 wash (30 mins) in small machine (Large reusable shop bag full) and £2 (25 mins) - £3 (38 mins) to dry. Service wash by friendly staff also great value, £7 for washed, dried & folded*! More info: Large washer king duvets / big loads only £5. This is my go to laundry when staying in Bradford / Halifax. Never had a bad experience. And good adherence to #CovidSafe procedures *I always leave a tip

Moved back to Brighouse and now need to use this brilliant launderette again. I have used it on and off for 7 years, and the star rating is excellent for this ownership now of 4 years. Down rated prior to current owner so stars don't reflect top service from this owner who goes above and beyond for clients and walk-ins. The place is clean, well looked after, with clear instructions and emergency number. Recycling bins, mini library, lost property. Change for machines available during week days when staff are doing service washing. I was speaking to the owner this week and all the plumbing is being redone to upgrade facilities (this week). One of the biggest machines takes a whopping amount of washing at £5 (2023 update now £8) while smaller loads are cheaper. Dryers currently 2 mins (2023 update - 1 min for 20p). I recommend this launderette to anyone who is in two minds.

Great array of machines, reasonable prices, very helpful staff 👏 only grumble is all coin op machines and not much space to move around
