Brought my daughter here (age 4) for some Christmassy nails she’d decided she wanted. They were really patient with her and she loved her very first experience of visiting a nail bar - thank you very much to everyone who engaged with her and made it exciting and special for her ❤️

I am so disappointed with my experience at Twinkles Nail Shop in Brighouse and I would never, ever come here again. The whole appointment felt rushed because there was someone waiting behind me, which made everything feel careless and unprofessional. The French tips are really bad, uneven and messy, and the heart design looks rushed and untidy. My nails honestly made me want to cry because I paid so much money and the result is awful. I paid £52, which is unbelievable for how bad they are. On top of that, I paid £15 just to have my original acrylics removed. The removal process was horrible — my fingers were burning, and I had to sit with my fingers in acetone for about half an hour, which stung badly and left my skin extremely dry and sore. I feel like I’ve completely wasted my money and I am genuinely not happy at all. My tips are crooked and messy — a total disaster. Please don’t come here, guys. Honestly, stick to Venus Nails — they are by far the best nail shop in Brighouse, probably the best anywhere. I highly recommend going there. The staff are so lovely, friendly, and professional, and they really take their time to make sure your nails look perfect. Everything at Venus is neat, precise, and well-finished — no crooked tips, no mess, just beautiful nails every time. If you want your nails done properly and with care, Venus Nails is the place to go.

Really good nail shop wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. Just recently seems to be a huge issue with extremely long (1hr30 waiting times) where there are triple the amount of customers waiting than there are staff, which then resulted in my nails being super rushed to be done after I’d waited all that time. Still amazing nails but just felt rushed to get out the door:)

Immaculate, efficient and friendly. Had a holiday manicure here last week and was really impressed. Will most definitely be going back. Can't wait to try their pedicure!
