Jack Downes Plumbing and Heating Limited

Jack's work has always been excellent at my house where he's done all the plumbing on a pretty big extension. He's done work on our boiler, fitted rads, pipes, sinks and showers. He has always come out to scope out the job at a decent time and goes above and beyond to make sure the work he does is of the highest quality. He is a polite guy who is very relatable and reliable which counts for a lot in the trades. Cannot recommend enough!

Jack has completed several jobs for us from a boiler service back in July and most recently rectifying a fault on one of our radiators that 2 other plumbers did not want to deal with. Jack sorted it first time, no issues at all - I would recommend Jack to anyone and will be using him to complete plumbing services on our next project.

I can't recommend Jack enough! We needed our shower tray replacing after our old one cracked. Jack advised us on the best course of action, avoiding the need to re-tile the whole bathroom and preserving our existing floor tiles & underfloor heating at the same time. Jack & Lucas did a ridiculously neat job blending new tiles for that area into our existing ones (which we could not get any longer). The result was absolutey brilliant, creating a feature area that complemented the existing bathroom. What was also so impressive is how neat and tidy these guys work. Even the care and attention to cleaning up after themselves meticulously each day, showing real care & courtesy to our home. In my experience, you don't get that very often. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with their service. I have two elderly parents and Andy was great with them. He explained everything and did a brilliant job installing there shower and making sure they had the grab rails in the correct place. My parents found that the job was finished on time with as little upset as possible. Would recommend them to anyone that needed a professional job but done with a compassionate and understanding nature.
