My Dad was so impressed with these guys he asked me to do a review on his behalf, here it is. Had a blocked drain recently after the heavy rain, a real headache! I found S.O.S online and spoke to Tom, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He came out promptly, charged a fair price, and cleared the drain quickly. I called SOS yesterday and they responded so quickly and came to my property the next day to look at my drains following water ingress into my house . Tom was polite and so helpful and did detailed check of my drainage . He discovered a blocked drain and dealt with it swiftly and efficiently . I can not praise him enough. Excellent service 5 stars all around .

The issue was that the downstairs toilet had gotten very slow at empting over the years with a gurgling coming sound from the toilet. My suspicion was that the pipes had collapsed under the lawn where it had sunk, hence my procrastination in getting it fixed. I had dug up the lawn to expose the pipe and made an incision for a camera inspection. My first contact with SOS Drainage & Plumbing Ltd was through their online quote enquiry form. They got back to me immediately and suggested they could visit my property that same day as they already had a job in my area that morning. They immediately got to work using high pressure jetting equipment from their purpose built vehicle. After a couple of hours it was very reassuring to see inside the fully intact pipes. The on-screen camera pictures showed the removal of the blockage which was actually ingrowing roots. They were totally removed from the house, all the way into the main sewer some 20 meters away into the road. I highly recommend SOS Drainage & Plumbing Ltd to anyone who may be worried about their similar drainage issues. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was worth every penny. Thank you Tom and colleague for giving us back the use of our downstairs toilet.

Great work from SOS drainage & plumbing. I had a cancellation from another company, so rang hoping to get my drain unblocked before Easter. Tom communicated well, letting me know he had emergency and what time he was likely to come later in the day. He fixed the issue within the hour..happened to be a main drainage issue!
