I was told an exploratory drainage inspection was needed before a quote could be provided. At no point was I informed this inspection would be chargeable, nor was any price quoted or agreed in advance. I queried the invoice as soon as I saw it and explained I needed to check the details, not that I was refusing to pay. Despite this, I was repeatedly chased and then threatened with debt collectors with a same-day deadline. Very poor communication and an aggressive approach to billing. I would not use again.

When I called, Tom answered the phone right away. He was polite and friendly and took time to understand the problem. He arrived when he said he would and carried out the unblocking quickly and with no fuss. He charges a flat fee for domestic drains, so you know where you are. First-class service, recommended.
