Brighouse Post Office

These 2 ladies in Brighouse Post office are the most rudest people I've ever known.They refused to Post a parcel because tgey saw it had a 24hour delivery label on (which it was the delivery that I had paid or to be sent to me I had forgotten to remove so I removed it there and then).I was snapped and and made to feel stupid in front of customers.I also had a £10 Scottish note to which they refused saying Scottish money was illegal,fake and wasn't even real money in Scotland.Again I was made to feel like a complete idiot that wasa piece of dirt they'd stood in outside (in front of customers really loudly) and sniggering. Even customers said the staff were out of order and would be a witness if I wanted to ake it further.I rang the head office to be told The Scottish £10 WAS ACCEPTABLE in POST OFFICES and could use it there without an issue.If this happened again to contact head office immediately so tgey could deal with it.The rudest nastiest women i have ever come across.They need lessons in Customer service or sacking

Was trying to send a parcel abroad. The post office gave it to Evri, the worst delivery service in Britain. The result - 2 weeks waiting, then trying to contact Evri - bot on their website, bot by phone, no reply to mails. The parcel was returned to me with no explanation, no money refund and OPEN. Moreover, I soon received a message from Evri saying they've "successfully delivered the parcel". The post office just told me to sort it out with Evri myself. Guys, why would I need you then? And yes, it was 53 pounds

I have never seen it has busy surely it must be giro day or something wow the line for service was right up to the door plus outside I am like wow I normally go in there’s 4 or 5 people about but looks short staffed today but normally it’s a pretty good service I must have just missed timed this visit on the off chance oh well can have a walk round brighouse stretch the legs then go back n hopefully the waiting time has gone down but yes normally a very good fast professional service resumed has in 10 mins the back log was sorted the service was excellent has per normal

I put my umbrella in the corner near Christmas tree in 5 mins someone came in and stole it they saw it on camera she stole it thanks to staff by letting me see on camera she stole it . It happened today we need police or a security officer in post office to to thief’s I was in hurry to get somewhere appointment I’m coming Wednesday with police officer to check on cameras cctv I’m make sure she pays for it

The ladies in here are amazing can’t do enough for you. I’ve never had any problems in here and always found them happy and friendly. I definitely recommend the post office xx
