Smith House Post Office

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. The service at this branch leaves a lot to be desired — especially the woman with glasses, who is very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, she acts as if they are bothering her. The post office is consistently opened late or closed earlier than the posted hours. It’s often impossible to find anyone available, making it nearly impossible to get any service at all. This kind of attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes appropriate action to improve the quality of service. Absolutely shocking..

Went up to buy some cauliflower, I complained about the state of the frozen goods over a week ago and nothing seems to have been done, bought this bag of frozen cauliflower on Sunday and itsobviously been defrosted and re frozen cos it was solid as a rock, took it straight back and exchanged for fresh, this isn't the first time I've bought something from the freezers in this state, think they need to stop selling frozen goods if the aren't checking there freezers daily as they should be doing as that is part of retail basics, I will be emailing go local too as this is unacceptable, only went there as other shops shut by that time, won't be doing it again...

Dangerous smashed bottles littered all around parking areas, I pushed some to the side to enable me to park then notified a sales assistant who came out with a crate looking as though he was going to pick them up, i drove back a couple of hours later & they were ALL STILL outside. Disgraceful!
