Woodhouse Lane Post Office

This is a message from Wendy Smith Well I would just like to say what a great service I had to day as my printer wasn’t working at home so I took my 9 parcels in to be posted and the gentleman behind the counter was most helpful and friendly very good service especially on a Sunday. Thank you x you was a great help

Visited this evening to collect a parcel. Very happy with the opening & late closing times. Adequate parking for a short stay. Will use Woodhouse Post Office again for future mail 📮 (Dec 2023). New times of 7:00pm updated as of (Jan 2024)

Won't be going to this post office again. Got lectured by the older gentleman on how to wrap my parcel. He was unfriendly, grumpy and felt like he was doing me a favour, behaved like i was inconveniencing him instead of providing a service. No customer service skills whatsoever. It's a shame as the shop is conveniently located and has really good opening hours.

Yup!! Rude as hell... Took some heavy parcels but well under royal mail max limit and was made to feel like poo about it...

Been here multiple times to give the shop the benefit of the doubt as it would be nice to support a local business. However all times I have been the customer service has been awful. Anything you ask to do eg. put money in or drop off a parcel has been greeted with rudeness. At the end of the day if you’re going to get angry when people uses these services in your shop…don’t offer the services? Would also like to point out the owner of this shop making some horrible remarks on the shops Facebook page, supporting comments that are openly racist. Will not be returning.
