Brilliant service used them twice now. Strongly recommend Daz the installer if you have a choice hes a grafter got this fit done in around 6hours start to finish including extra work not anticipated some heating pipes needed rerouting. He's skilled and bonkers my girlfriend was upstairs laughing at his singing all day. Top job 👏

Fabulous service from start to finish. So straight forward -chose what I wanted in the showroom and 3 weeks later Josh came with his team and installed it. I absolutely love it -it’s exactly what I wanted. 100% recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough of these guys! This is the second trip for us, as Darren and his team installed a Portway in our first house. We moved house recently, saw the potential for a through-and-through fire, and rang Emma at Brighouse Stoves immediately! Booked in, couple months later, and there was Darren and his team again 😃 The attention to detail he has in his work is second to none - if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We’ve had a great experience with Brighouse Stove Centre, we were given time to look throughout the store before talking about our options. The breakdown of the cost of parts and labour were clearly explained, booked in quickly and the job (replacing a gas stove with another, modern one) was completed by Jason in under two days and even did a couple of jobs we asked for on top, for a very reasonable price. Received a follow up call once installed to check we were happy. Great experience, and completed to a high standard.

Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience Review: I recently visited The Brighouse Stove Centre with hopes of purchasing an electric stove. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, we noticed two staff members behind the counter who were engrossed in conversation and didn't acknowledge our arrival. The showroom is quite large and feels like a maze, which made navigating it a bit challenging. When one of the staff finally approached us, he directed us to a staircase with minimal guidance. Although we eventually found the stoves, the overall experience was underwhelming. The same staff member appeared again, but after asking if we needed help, he seemed more interested in his phone than assisting us. His lack of engagement and repeated disappearances felt quite rude and unprofessional. Had the sales experience been more attentive and welcoming, we might have purchased a stove that day. Instead, we left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. We've since found a fantastic place in Bradford where we'll be spending our money. I hope The Brighouse Stove Centre takes this feedback to heart and improves their customer service.
