Our usual go too sandwich shop in Brighouse but will not be returning we got two loaves and ham salad and tuna mayo. The tuna mayo ended up a soggy mess and tea cake inedible. One member of staff was very rude and I mean rude not just to us but also another customer. Made us feel quite upset .Manners cost nothing.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from the lady who served me... And also 2 other ladies who's was next to her who's attitude was exactly the same...... Snotty arrogant nasty woman. Looked down her nose at me when I asked for a bit of greek salad on my sandwich, raised her voice and snotty said the sandwiches already come with a salad so what you mean? So I explained and then she laughed and refused to give me what I asked for because you dont do that sandwich.... Yeah you could have done just because you didn't think it went well others do. So that was it then I asked my daughter what she wanted and she's 5 she was taking a little while to pick and she snapped at my daughter telling her to hurry up.... I have been in this shop twice in the past 2 years and let me tell you both time I have been in I have left feeling awful because of the behaviour in there from the middle aged women. I mean I don't know who they think they are they work in a sandwich shop who are they to look at me like they did but never mind me who are they to look and speak to my 5 year old child like that.... Very poor behaviour with absolutely no customer service.

Food is always delicious from here and the staff are super friendly, shout out to Cathrine who always does an amazing job with whatever I order thank you ladies ❤️
