Booked a Vip appointment for a wedding dress . Was made to feel very welcome . I took my 3 daughters and my best friend with me . I had a rough idea of what I wanted so we were left to have a browse, and the staff member picked some out as well as the ones we had picked . Was a great experience, and after trying a few on, I went back to try one I had already tried on and put ideas of some alterations for the dress . These could be made possible . Dress ordered. I received a very exciting phone call from the bridal shop saying my dress was there . So exciting went to try on and saw the seamstress . All the staff were brilliant. Jess elevated the moment by pairing the perfect accessories with my dress, making me feel like a princess. I’m still buzzing with excitement four months later. I can’t wait to wear it on my big day! We're also sourcing bridesmaid dresses here, and once again Jess has been outstanding, demonstrating warmth, kindness, and flexibility as she accommodates the needs of our larger bridal party. Amazing place to buy your dream wedding dress explained I was getting married in a castle and the first dress picked for me was the perfect one ❤️ tried other dresses that are stunning but none compared to the first my day was perfect I felt like a princess been with my partner 21 years and was married 23/10/2025 I thought I was too old for a white wedding how wrong was I never too old for a perfect day my dress is back with the shop being cleaned and folded up carefully with beautiful memories to keep

I didn't want a traditional ivory or white dress, and they pulled out the stops with a magnificent black dress that had the WOW factor I wanted. I felt amazing on the day. I booked a very last minute appointment at Elite Birdal Brighouse with Lauren. I was feeling nervous about the process and a little apprehensive as my wedding is only 7 months away. As soon as i arrived, Lauren was so calm and knowledgable and made me feel so much more relaxed. She showed us around the show room and explained the process of shopping for a wedding dress. I felt a little nervous about the trying on process due to recently loosing weight/having two children etc. but she made me feel so much more confident. She was encouraging, non-judgemental and put me at ease so quickly. She used the dresses I chose for myself to give herself a good idea about the style I was leaning towards. She knew every dress in the shop and knew what would look good on me and what would match my style. She gathered veils, accessories and hair clips to ensure I got the full look of all of the dresses. One shop, 6 dresses later, I found the one (the first one I saw and put on!) and I could not be happier. I would recommend Elite Birdal in Brighouse to anyone! A personalised, relaxed and beautiful place to find your perfect dress! I cannot thank Lauren enough!
