This store no longer gives refunds only exchanges for other goods on the day of return Buyer beware only buy something you are sure fits you If you return it because you “change your mind” they will expect you to exchange it for something else and do not give credit notes to use later. This is a new store policy as I have had refunds before for clothes that do not fit The staff were very rude and told me they didn’t want my custom any more They are following the law but most companies do allow refunds as a offer of goodwill but this store has stopped the goodwill policy
