Unfortunately I haven't even received my daughters cardigans this year yet and she back at school on Tuesday I ordered over 2 weeks ago too I went the other day and she said they might turn up tomorrow they might not we will just message you when they come... Meaning I had to spend more money on getting a jumper that doesn't really fit my daughter well but she needs something to go back to school in so that was a waste of my money but that was my choice . I bought a p.e bag and this year the material is horrible the school logo is blurry not even clear, been ironed on rather than stitched on. The quality is very poor... i just hope the cardigans turn up in better quality or I will be asking for a refund on it all for poor quality. I will not be using again which is a shame as the ladies are actually nice that are there with good customer service.
My children recently visited the shop almost two weeks ago to make purchase of their uniforms and reported an unpleasant encounter with the lady at the counter, describing her demeanor as rude and mean. This experience has been upsetting for them and concerning for me as a parent. Furthermore, an order was placed for a half-size up blazer for my son almost two weeks ago, and we have yet to receive it. When inquiring about the delay, I was initially met with a lack of empathy and a dismissive explanation that uniforms "may not come." Given that this is not an international delivery, a two-week delay without a more substantive explanation or proactive communication is unacceptable.
Incredibly helpful staff that can select sizes from a glance at a child, all the items you need, quality is good and pricing seems ok. Handy car park outside and easy to access, recommended.
I went to this shop hoping to buy my sons school uniform . Unfortunately this did not happen. Due to covid the shop is only allowing one family in at a time, so we had to wait outside in the rain for 30 mins, (one of my children is a 15 month old).it’s not easy to explain to a toddler why we are having to wait such a long time in the rain. On entering the shop a young shop assistant was polite and apologized for the wait, I said it was fine and totally understandable with what’s going on at the moment but maybe look at doing an appointment system. This is when the older shop assistant decided to get involved and told me that It’s just TOUGH! I should of checked the weather before I left home and that I should of brought a rain coat and umbrella with me. She continued to be rude and argue with me, my children we’re getting upset so I asked her to just sell me the uniform so I can leave, baring in mind there is now 4 family’s waiting outside . This women then refused to sell me the uniform I needed. What an absolute waste of time. On the way out she committed good luck on finding another shop that sells the uniform you need! After reading all the other terrible reviews for this shop I realized I’m not the only person to receive this dreadful service.
Small store with everything you'ld need (maybe not shoes!). Very helpful, even at their peak periods. Knowledgeable. Will order items for you if not in stock. I've shopped here for many years and would highly recommend.
