I placed an order for a tracksuit on 6th December as a Christmas present for my son. I never received an order confirmation or tracking number. As Christmas approached and the tracksuit had not arrived, I tried calling several times but couldn’t get through. When I finally reached someone, I was told the original tracksuit was lost in transit and that they no longer had the tracksuit in stock but would send me a similar one as a replacement which would miss Christmas but arrive by 30th December. It’s now 6th January, and I still haven’t received the item. I’ve had no communication since and cannot get through on the phone. Very disappointed with the lack of service and updates.
