Such a beautiful place with some great choices of prom dresses, they had such a good range of colours and styles. It’s fabulous that no one else from your school can get the same style as you, you order your dress then go for fittings in December time to make the dress the perfect size for you x

We travelled from Somerset to visit The Prom Den after seeing them on TikTok and my daughter absolutely falling in love with the dresses. The journey was 4 hours and it was absolutely worth it. We were met by Mia who was incredible and so so patient with my daughter. She helped find the perfect dress which made my daughter feel like an absolute princess on her prom night. Nobody else had the dress either so it was just perfect. We would highly recommend the customer service and the range of dresses to choose from. The stylists have such knowledge of their dresses and know what would suit each individual. An amazing experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody. Thank you so much.

Fabulous experience, staff were totally amazing with the girls! Im pretty sure they were able to read their minds. Extremely high quality dresses. Nothing was too much trouble for theses wonderful ladies. If your looking for the prom experience I would definitely recommend The Prom Den Thank you ladies for providing a truly magical experience 💖✨️

I had such a lovely experience at the Prom Den! The atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxed, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. There was a beautiful selection of dresses, and I never felt rushed or pressured — just genuine help and great advice. A special thank you to Daisy, who was incredibly kind and attentive, and to the owner, who made me feel so comfortable and confident while trying on dresses. They both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, personal shopping experience!

The staff were brilliant. All very kind and helpful. Lily was our helper and she put my daughter at ease straight away. She advised on dresses, wasn't pushy at all and we didn't feel any pressure. My daughter went in feeling very nervous but in the end she really enjoyed the experience.
