Smile Computers

I've been trying o contact Smile for over two weeks now. After a prominsing initial call, I've sent emails and left phone messages but had no replies at all. It makes me wonder whether they are still in business.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional support from the owner at Smile Computers. I was facing several computer issues while setting up my new larger screens for working from home. The gentleman from Smile Computers was incredibly helpful and patient. He guided me through the confusion of whether I needed a new docking station, new cables, or just adapters. Not only did he provide clear advice, but he also sent me direct Amazon links for the exact adapters I needed. This saved me a lot of time and frustration, as there were so many adapters available on the market. Additionally, I wanted to use my personal laptop with the new screens, and he offered insightful recommendations on how to achieve that. What impressed me the most was that all this valuable advice was provided for free, and he made himself available during unsociable hours to ensure I got the help I needed. Overall, my experience with Smile Computers has been outstanding. Their dedication to customer service and technical assistance is commendable. I highly recommend them for anyone needing computer support or advice!

Could not be more grateful for Chris’s brilliant expertise. I reached out to him after I’d got into an IT pickle trying to add new work applications to an old laptop previously used for personal stuff. He told me exactly what I needed to do and then took said laptop away, tidied it all up and added the applications I needed to move forward. Now everything works perfectly (and my apps recognise each other) - and all sorted within 48 hours. Amazing service and at a reasonable cost too. Can’t recommend Chris highly enough.

A very efficient service from Smile Computers. The problem was fixed and my laptop ready to collect within the day. He also provided some very helpful advise around antivirus products. I will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

When my pc got into difficulties SMILE was suggested for me by a relative. So I called, got an appointment, dropped off my poorly PC in the morning and collected it all better and working the same day!! Efficient and effective. Very reasonable rates. Polite and understanding. I'm back in business. I'm smiling now! Thank you!
