Been using this shop since I was a kid and the owners are and always have been an absolute delight! The best in Brighouse. Lovely store always clean and well stocked highly recommend!

I went there to get my energy credit voucher redeemed but will not go to this store again. I realise this is a fairly new thing but previously used another Paypoint where they literally done it in a few seconds without frowning at my request or letting other customers in front of me. The lady serving me clearly wasn't familiar with the voucher but without asking me if it was OK or not let in front of me 3 or 4 other customers whilst figuring out how to deal with it. I found this very rude and only gave the 2nd star as she managed to do it at the end.

This shop is a Gem, the best most pleasant staff and even had a lift home in the rain once by Lindsey, I love the banter when I go in and it’s like seeing friends every-time you go in, even though there is another shop just over the road I refuse to go there as the service with a smile you get from Depaks shop is second to none, it’s what I class as an old fashioned shop with old fashioned way of dealing with people which is what I like, everyone takes the time to chat and know you by name and in this day and age that’s is something that the bigger shops lack, Depak you seriously should commend all your staff, this is what shopkeeping should be like everywhere, thankyou !! Not my local by a long shot, but my good lady and I had to pick up a DPD parcel from here and were treated like royalty (apart from the whole execution thing). Great service, would recommend!

Only parking outside here. Was visiting Post Office opposite. But have shopped here many times. Good selection of everything, happy helpful staff.
