Fireplace Studio Brighouse

Really happy with the whole process of getting a fire and media wall fitted by the Fireplace Studio Brighouse. Emma was really great with helping me choose what would look right and Antony the fitter was brilliant . He did it all in a day which I was astounded by. I would definitely recommend them and will no doubt use them again.

Great selection of fireplaces in store and staff were really knowledgeable about would suit my needs. I really liked that the sales staff weren’t in your face either they gave you time to browse and then came to find us to ask if we needed any help. Fireplace we ordered was delivered quickly and was really well priced. Communication throughout the whole process was great. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing - the fireplace looks so expensive and the herringbone brick work that was done behind looks so premium. The fitters left the house is a great condition, barely any dust at all! Would definitely recommend - really happy with the service start to finish.

On my arrival into the shop I got a warm welcome from a lad called jay. He went above and Beyond to help me out to find the log burner for me. Jay even came out to see if the stove would fit into where I was wanting it. John came out then to fit it with excellent service to. Top men and thank you for making this easy for me🙌🏻

Visted the fireplace studio on the 10th August. Received a very warm welcome and was told where we could find everything. Had a real good look round a well presented shop, deceivingly its huge. Plenty of choice available. After finding what we wanted, we spoke to Jay who talked us through the packages available and gave us his recommendations(the stove he recommended kicks out some real heat). He took us to look at some different surrounds and highlighted the ones which were in the sale. We chose what we wanted and the studio put together a mock up of the fire and what it would look like, we were happy and proceeded to leave a deposit. After returning home we were unsure if the surround would suit our wall, so we went back down. Jay listen to our worries, told us to relax and that nothing was set in stone until fitters had been to survey. He also showed us another surround which may of worked for us. Few weeks passed and we met Jason one of the fitters he came and spoke about the process and asked questions about the property. We were unsure if we had a gas pipe, so Jason recommended we do the install in 2 visits. One to knock out and one to install. Jason and Ste came and knocked out the wall. To say we had a wall knocked out. They left it clean and tidy and covered the hole ready for install. We then had a couple of weeks to wait due to studio needing to get the fire ordered and make the backboard we had chosen. The lads retured and have done an amazing job. Absolutely over the moon. We had doubts whether it would look right but with the expertise of the studio they leant us in sticking to our choice and im so glad we did. Thank you all so much and I would highly recommend using the fireplace studio if yoir considering getting a fire.
