⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t thank Howarth Timber & Building Supplies Brighouse enough. I originally bought a gate and posts, but due to issues caused by the joiners I used, I ended up needing replacement posts and additional materials — a stressful situation that absolutely wasn’t their fault. From start to finish, the team at the Brighouse branch were beyond amazing. In particular, Josh was absolutely outstanding. He was supportive, accommodating, kind, friendly, and genuinely went out of his way to help me sort everything out. Nothing was too much trouble, and at a time when things could have been really frustrating, Josh made the whole experience so much easier. You can tell this branch truly cares about its customers. The service I received wasn’t just professional — it was thoughtful and human, which makes all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for the help and support, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howarth Timber Brighouse to anyone. Five stars isn’t enough — thank you so much, especially to Josh and the team.
