Absoultley amazing place to relax and relief your stress and aches and pain. The ice baths and sauna are amazing. Everything is so clean. Showers are amazing and the coffe shop is abousltey amazing place to have a coffe and relax. Connors customer service is absoultley amazing and makes u feel at home.
I took my Auntie to try the Oxygen Tank last month as she was struggling with fatigue and dizziness. The staff were extremely kind to her and were very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and fresh. Although it wasn't for her, I would definitely give it a go for recovery and I have recommended it to others. The coffee is also very good. Thank you for looking after us.
Really enjoyed my session. The facilities are kept immaculate. Lovely flat white and almond croissant will definitely be returning!
Brilliant experience! The sauna and cold plunge combo left me feeling totally recharged. The space is spotless and really well set up, with a great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and welcoming — you feel looked after from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend it if you’re after a proper recovery boost. Will definitely be back!
