Went today to buy a new machine for my wife. Spoke to owner yesterday regarding a specific model and was treated with nothing but honesty and advice. He even recommended a cheaper machine for what we needed. Totally happy with service and will be back in the future. The man knows his business and didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need like some other places. From my experience I’m a totally happy customer. It’s a shame that some people feel a need to write bad reviews after one unfortunate experience. Life is different at this present time and sometimes tempers flair. They get 5 stars from me from my experience

Excellent service. I bought an embroidery machine from them at a an excellent price. I spoke to Catherine who was very helpful. I picked the machine up and Catherine helped me load it into the car. I'll definitely be returning when my machines are due for service.

I would give the fabric mouse 100% . The communication is fantastic . They were so helpful, and kept me in touch all the way. Catherine went out of her way above and beyond, to make sure I got my order. I would sincerely recommend the fabric mouse Sue knight née willatt

Poor experience with this shop. Purchased fabric online and received the confirmation email saying it would be despatched within 3-7 days. No further contact hence I used the chat service which simply stated it hadn't been despatched and was waiting fulfilment. I rang after 7 working days to be told they were sorry but had staffing issues due to sickness but it was in stock and would be posted first class that day. Fair enough, I was happy with that. However 2 days later and still no despatch email, I left another message on the chat service and a few hours later get a message saying my order had been cancelled and I'd been refunded, no apology or reason why. I rang the shop again to be told yeah it was out of stock, yeah that's a mistake by us. The person did apologise but really did not sound sincere at all. Really not good customer care. Looking at other reviews where customers have been unhappy all they've got is rude responses on here, I expect the same.
