Absolutely disappointing. So my Sister inlaw from Australia booked this firm for her wedding make up, she was sent the contract, paid the deposit, a day to the wedding, Claire requested thw balance, which was sent to her. Guess what? She did not show up neither did she send a replacement as stated in her contract. Failed to respond to messages, and has now refused to refund the full money!!! She caused my sister in law great distress, made her cry, showed no empathy. She even went to your address, no show from you. How can you be so cruel???

She did not show up for my sister in-laws wedding make up session......caused the bride so much distress. Stopped responding to her messages. The wicked aspect was that she sent invoice for complete fees a day to the wedding, and she was fully paid immediately. She did not turn up, and she has refused to issue full refund!

I booked Claire to do my wedding make up back in the summer of 2023. I attended my trial and Claire made me feel so comfortable. She is easy to talk to and very kind! Claire took on board all of the things I’d asked for. I hoped for a very natural looking make up and that’s exactly what I got. Claire takes great care and her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The products she used were lovely on my skin and I have continued to use these. I couldn’t have asked for more on my wedding day, I was so happy with my makeup! Thank you Claire xx

Couldn't recommend Claire highly enough! Excellent make up artist and great customer service. I booked Claire to do my make up for my wedding in May 2024, along with my 4 bridesmaids, after she had done the make up for a friend's wedding. Had a makeup trial a few weeks before where we talked about how I would like my make up on the day. Claire was happy to experiment with different looks and also discuss skincare and recommend products - some of which I went on to buy and love! Claire is really friendly and easy to talk to, and it was lovely to have her there helping us to get ready on the morning of the wedding. All of our bridesmaids looked beautiful - thank you Claire! X

Fantastic service from start to finish! The first make up artist I booked for my wedding I was unhappy with so I got in contact with Claire months before the wedding. She saved the day!Claire did everything to make what I wanted possible. Instantly liked not only her make up, but also her personality and knew she was someone I wanted to be with me on my wedding day.The make up lasted all day even though it rained. Make up photographed well and looked great in person. Only of my braidsmaids showed up with black nail polish on and Claire found nail polish in her car to match the other bridesmaids even though she didn’t have to do that. It really showed how much she cares. Claire also recommended a skin care routine for before my big day to make sure my skin was in its best condition. Every step of my routine Claire recommended a few products for me to choose from. I also loved that Claire sent me all the make up she used for my look and a lot of the products she used are in my make up bag now. I recommend Claire to everyone now.
