We have always had a very good experience with the practice since moving to Brough. I was able to get a very quick appointment today for my husband as I thought he may have a chest infection. The reception staff are always very helpful.
I'm really grateful to the staff at the Brough practice. Friendly and efficient from the receptionist to the GPs. Really impressed and made a difference in their quality of care they provided me. Can not praise them highly enough.
Just moved to the area and signed up to these doctors. Cannot get an appointment over the phone, automated message saying book online, online says no appointments available. Absolute joke
We went there with my boy to check his ears. As he had infection not long time ago. They try to take a sample from his ear and put it to deep. Which was painful for my boy. And when I came home, his ear was bleeding! That's not normal for GP. I never had any problem but this time it's unacceptable.
Contacted the Ridings Medical Practice - Brough through the online facility and I was contacted by them very quickly and an appointment arranged for the same morning. Dr Hanna provided a very sympathetic and helpful consultation and arranged for my wound to be dressed by a Nurse. A very impressive and helpful service indeed and I recommend them as a brilliant GP service. Thank you😊
