First colour done at Elan and I love it. Cut perfectly and I'm a very happy bunny. My hair is fine, fragile and I have some bad hair anxieties. Emma understood the brief and created the best cut and colour I've had in years. On top of this, the salon is lovely, very welcoming and pretty. Thanks Emma love love love my new hair. Thanks for taking good care of me and my hair ! X

The experience was really gentle and you have great and chatty staff there too! If you have a wash done on your hair, the experience feels smooth and gentle. The overall process of the styling and the trimming is even better!

Experience wasn’t great. Salon is lovely and staff seemed nice. The stylist who cut my hair didn’t seem very happy my hair wasn’t straight and seemed to keep questioning me on my length choice. It was rushed like she wanted to go home and no styling at the end. More expensive than expected for the experience. After getting home realised my hair was wonky and longer on one side. Had to go back a week later, luckily it was trainee who agreed my base layer was completely longer on one side and had to spend another 30mins getting my hair redone. The original stylist was present and seemed annoyed which was a lovely experience. Speaking to a friend and she had the same experience with the salon that her hair was longer at the back and shorter at the front for her child.

After searching Google for a salon that was open on a Monday I was very pleased to find one on my doorstep and they were able to fit me in. Jessie was very friendly and listened very carefully to what I wanted. She was very thorough in all aspects of my wash, cut and blow dry constantly asking if I was happy with everything. Consequently I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend. 😄
