Passion hair design

I am not one to give bad reviews but I am now, I went to get my hair bleach and coloured, cut. Now I did bring my own hair dye in, when it come to getting my hair bleached one of the hair stylists made a comment saying "I should go blonde" that I honestly did not mined but when it come to putting the colour on and going to wash it out they made a comment again saying "I still preferred the blonde" that in my opinion was not something you should say to a customer, now when it come to the colour they did not leave it on long enough so it come out patchy and when it come to washing the bleach and colour out it was a very fast job so it did not feel cleaned properly, I ended up having to wash it at home as my hair felt horrible, I did call telling them this but they did not seem too bothered. Yes they did ask if they could fix it but as I have autism and ADHD I have a hard time with trust especially when it comes to hair, I did call again asking for a little bit of a refund and they did not get back in touch with me, so I am not happy if how I was treated and for the money I payed I expected better. I will point out two good things was the hair cut and curling but that's about it.

I would whole heartedly recommend Passion Hair Design. Lovely, clean and vibrant salon, friendly stylists. I visited this salon initially as my current hairdresser was far too overpriced and as it turns out; was fitting weave extensions all wrong - to the point where it could’ve seriously damaged my own hair beyond repair. Luckily for me I visited Amelia and she was perfect, friendly, chatty, knowledgable and Amelia will now be my only port of call for anything hair related.

Teresa is a fabulous hairstylist. Can’t recommend her enough. Her and all the salon staff are friendly and always there to offer advice. Teresa is top-notch and there isn’t any other hairstylist I would use !

I have been suffering hair loss for about 4 years and feeling more depressed each year. I had hair extensions done with Teresa at passion hair design and I am over the moon. I feel happy and grateful. I was amazed at the transformation. I would recommend this salon to everyone with this kind of hair problem. Thank you so much Teresa.

Live in Brough but never used a local hairdresser- I have very thick hair and have had some poor experiences of botched attempts to cut my hair Teresa does an amazing job of cutting @ shaping my hair Lovely hairdressers Friendly & welcoming staff
