Absolutly shocking place say they repair shoes your having a laugh I took a shoe in that simply need the heel re gluing the guy siad yeah we can do that he then proceeded to rip of the entire sole of a 100 pound pair of shoes the right one I was gob smacked but thought he knew what he was doing when j came to collect it OGM WHAT A MESS completly kna ked my shoes glue all over it the sole wasn't sticky in the right place and some of the sole detail was missing i was gob smacked and not to mention seriously, seriously pissed off all it needed was the heel re gluing simple they have ruined a great pair of shoes now shocking would I re visit absolutly not

Asked for a simple key cutting for a Classic car, 1st was told they could not do it then pulled a price out from a hat, might cost £25 for 1 key What a joke, now wonder the reviews are poor, no customer service at all Had both keys cut at Total Security in Cottingham, £10 for both. Friendly no messing about, excuses, fast and efficient. Hard to come by places like this these days
