Been using Brough Pharmacy for many years, and got to say how great the service is in there. Especially the last couple of years. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to get served. Very friendly and efficient. Have a wide range of products. from medication, to makeup and gifts.
I collect my prescription from Brough pharmacy and I’m always greeted with a friendly face . The pharmacist who I usually deal with is always very helpful & always says hello. I never have a problem with my prescription. It’s always there on time no problems finding it.
Went with a private prescription. Was told it would be 10 mins. 45 mins later still waiting. If was told it would be that long I would have returned later
Since Brough pharmacy took over from Lloyd’s, it’s a different place, staff are really helpful, the pharmacist is too, often pop in for what we need and a bit of advice especially on all the bugs our little boy brings home from nursery. Convenient location too!
Second time I have used the minor ailments service. Pharmacist was really lovely such a nice manner. Was sorted with a prescription for my problem within 20mins start to finish. Brilliant service can’t fault it.
