I’d been having problems with my boiler for a long time, and another company had messed me around—ignoring emails, not returning calls, and even charging me for a part that didn’t fix the issue. Mechanical Modular Services Limited were the complete opposite. From start to finish, their service was excellent. Communication was clear, they took the time to properly explore the boiler issues, and they advised that a replacement was the most sensible option given its age and recurring problems. The installation was booked in quickly, and both Dave and Joel did an outstanding job. They were friendly, professional, prompt and tidy — and it was genuinely refreshing to hear a workman happily singing while working, even on a grey day! Highly recommended.
