My experience on 25/02/25 - I love my sandwiches and Grub in Brough does one the best beef salad sandwich with coleslaw in the area. I use the following words to describe my culinary experience; sublime, beautiful, magnificent and even heavenly. The two lovely and helpful ladies behind the counter explained that the breadcakes are procured from one of the best bakeries in the area which was like the icing on the cake. You won’t be disappointed.

Pre ordered for collection from the new Melton hub. Orders were acknowledged and then confirmed and then a further email advising the orders were ready for collection. When we went to collect they didn't have one of the sandwiches that had been. They confirmed the order had been received but they had "forgotten" to make it despite then sending an email to say it was ready. They then didn't have the ingredients left to make what had been ordered so we had to choose something different. The service was not good, the staff did not work well together. One of them spoke to the other one very badly infront of customers. Extremely unprofessional. One chap walked out in the end without any food. I don't think they'll last long in Melton if they don't sort themselves out.

When I say no where else comes close I mean it…the chicken tikka hot melt is the best thing I’ve ever tried from a deli! Also tried three of the frozen meals and they’re also amazing - quality is definitely a priority at Grubb and you can tell, not to mention lovely customer service from the ladies behind the counter 😊

Pre-ordered using the website. Was hot and ready for us, and the food was amazing. Our new favourite place for lunch. Staff were so friendly too!!
