Grange Park

A mature and well maintained park. Bowling greens and a children's play area. Plenty of green space for a picnic. Large trees of many varieties and well cared for footpaths. Home each year to the Burley Festival.

Lovely park with a little bit something for everyone. Play park for the kids which includes frames, slides, zip line and swings. Benches for those of us that just want to sit and watch the world go by, or a nice path for a walk and chat. There’s a decent fish shop on the corner, and a number of good quality pubs to get food and drink from. Ample parking on Grange Park Road, and other nearby side streets. Be sure to visit on Christmas when the park really comes to life!

Not a lot here but if you are local and enjoy just somewhere close to home to have a nice bit of greenery and a few minutes to oneself this place hasn't changed for years . Nice wide accessible footpaths and nice seasonal flower beds.Some exercise equipment added for the keep fit one's amongst us .Children's play area a little jaded but still in use

Great Park for smaller children and they've added a zip line for the kids too.. Much improved and a nice place to visit. You can also get a cup of tea if the teashop is open just across the green

Lovely little park, not great for small ones but more nimble older kids, definitely. No toilet facilities that we could see but not far from local pubs if you were desperate.
