My 7 year old Son, Billy, has been having lessons with Richard for about 18 months and it is the highlight of his week. His teaching style and patience have meant that Billy is well on his way to achieving his Grade 1 and his self confidence has improved greatly. I am convinced that if it wasn't for Richard, and the way he taylored Billys lessons to suit him, he wouldn't be at the level he is at now. Also, not to be left out, and after hearing Billy drum and talk about how fun his lessons are, my 9 year old Daughter, Lucy, has also just started having lessons, and is also now hooked on drumming and making great progress. I would not hesitate in recommending Richard @ The Yorkshire Drum School as a teacher.

My 11 year old son started lessons with Richard last October. He loves it. At Christmas he got his first drum kit. Of course he would love to be famous and I'm sure with Richards continued lessons and support he has every chance. Xxx

Had a few lessons with dave to improve my playing, super informative. knows his stuff and plans lessons around my playing style! Would recommend for technique work! Amazing
