first time visiting, I had the roast pork and stuffing family had a late breakfast. the girls were very welcoming and the display looked lovely. bit pricey but tbh everywhere is. food was tasty and hot. plus they sell my favourite crisp! card or money to pay which is helpful.
Horrific experience!! I went to this sandwhich shop on Friday afternoon at around 12:15 on 10/10/25. I ordered a fried egg sandwhich on brown bread. Due to my religious beliefs(Muslim) it was important that I made sure there was a clean pan that was being used and the oil that was being used was Vegetable oil. When I asked the lady at the counter these 2 questions I was made to feel undermined and that my request was unreasonable. The lady then asked one of her colleagues who replied “if we have a clean pan we will use it” and that a fried egg sandwhich could not be made without oil. I then repeated and told both ladies I wasn’t asking for no oil I was simply asking which oil was being used. My name was also not taken for my order My colleague (white British) was served with a smile on his face and his name was taken for his order. When his order arrived his name was shouted and pleasantries were exchanged. It is important to note that my friend has used this shop on numerous occasions and he was also taken back at the way I being treated. When my sandwich was ready my order was shouted placed on the counter and nobody had the decency to at least thank me for my custom. I will let anybody reading this make their own mind up as to why. I for sure will never return to this shop.
A little gem of a shop. Absolutely beautiful sandwich with fresh crisp salad and filled to the brim, inside a lovely soft bread bun. Choice of hot pies and pasty’s. And a wide variety of cakes for dessert. Very friendly staff also
They're hot roast pork sandwich is amazingg I was in and out withing a few minutes and the staff are so sweet, the prices are great for the quality of the food
It's a clean little sarnie shop. Pop in and order, freshly prepared, then and there. The best bacon, egg, and tomato butty I've ever had. A stack of perfectly cooked bacon and a runny egg. They really take care preparing, neat and tidy and delicious.
