Always amazing food and the staff are brilliant. Pizzas are light and fluffy, freshly made dough and aren't full of grease.
Was told food would be 45 mins. Then got a call telling me it would be another 30 mins. Waited an extra 5 mins then called them. He then said it would at least be another 30 mins. Man told me he was 'super busy' and 'it's not my fault'. Absolutely disgusting! So basically if you order from there be prepared to wait 2 hours for your food. No wonder people use deliveroo/uber eats. Clearly you are prioritising people who come in the shop. If that is the case don't offer delivery. You clearly can't cope with it on a Friday night. But you should be if you offer that service. Anyway better get my money back or I will be in your shop next week and I can assure you that won't be a pleasant experience. Just heading to kitchen to make myself some beans on toast! Thanks again for an absolutely awful experience!

Absolutely fantastic. We haven't had a bad meal from Roma. Always good quality, hot, taste great and the staff are really helpful, polite and have a smile. We don't go to any other pizza shop now. 10/10 👏
