We had 3 other valuations which were lower than we thought the house was worth, and it was breath of fresh air to meet Paul who immediately saw the value in the house and provided a valuation more in line with our expectations Sue did a great job keeping us updated and Tracy and Kiera were both very helpful and professional, so much so, they asked to visit the house after a couple of months to get a personal view which clearly helped find a buyer.
