The best salon. I went myself a few months ago and had a trim with Claire she was so lovely, made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Went today for my little boys first hair cut with Danielle and she was incredible. So welcoming, made sure we were happy with everything she did before doing it and made my little boys first hair cut such a good experience for him and ourselves. Thank you so much girls, wouldnt go anywhere else x

Excellent overall experience from the moment of arrival, Hairdressers are not a regular thing for me but Claire was so welcoming and made me feel at ease after past experiences. Very bubbly and chatty which you wish to expect when sat having your hair done. She made sure I was 100% happy with my decisions before proceeding and throughout. Cannot recommend the salon enough, Will definitely not leave it as long next time thanks to you!

I chose this salon because it had many good reviews The first time I went I had a completely new hair style, I wasn't really happy with it when I got home and had to go back the next day to correct it. I decided to go a lot shorter on the next visit and when I came home and had a better look at it, i was appalled at how it looked . I had to go to another salon to try and correct it. When I got there the stylist said it hadn't been blended in properly and she would have to cut it a lot shorter to correct it. This is nothing how I wanted it to look and I feel really upset.

Had a cut and blow dry from Kirsty and I am so happy with the results. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I am really in love with my new hairdo, will be returning for a colour next! Thank you xx

KV hair told me on a Thursday at 3pm that they were having plumbing issues and that they would have to cancel my appointment the next morning at 9am which I needed as I was going away for a weekend break. Now I know this isn’t their fault necessarily and is unforeseen but Claire didn’t once apologise to me . She didn’t offer any empathy and nothing was offered to me and I received a rude and frosty response from her on the phone . Also I had the first appointment of the day on Friday but she was going ahead with the paid appointments of colours hoping that the water would be back on by then which i actually find worrying that colour would be applied with the water not working . I sent a message saying I would have to go somewhere else for this Friday appointment and that I would like to be reimbursed . They responded and did not offer an apology and refused the reimbursement of £17 . I then sent another message stating I didn’t think this was fair and I don’t think they had handled this matter well and they responded they were cancelling my membership and would refund me half of the membership . Do not book an appointment if you have plans as I would hate what happened to me to happen to others in the future . I am not accusing them of bad hairdressing , just unprofessionalism and bad business management and this is not how clients should be treat.
