Nice local chemist, lovely staffs. I went in asking for some advice and the lady who talked to me is very lovely and professional.
I suspect the glowing review of the young dark haired woman on here is from a family member or friend...... it's so polar opposite of my experience with her that it's laughable. Worst ignorant attitude I've experienced. Not a single smile, rushing through the transaction and barely looked at me, seemed inconvenienced by my presence to be honest. On my way home i spoke to a neighbour and they apparently had a word with her too, so it's not just me. If you don't like people you shouldn't be working where you are.
Writing on behalf of brother and myself to say this really is the best pharmacy in the whole of Rotherham. Staff always go the extra mile, but today was exceptional, the speed at which antibiotics were delivered to my housebound brother. I cannot thank you all enough. The cheer you always bring is the icing on the cake.
I really appreciate the young lady who has long black hair,she is very very good and makes every patient feel special and valued.She remembers our names and is very very efficient.Thank you young lady.
The delivery service (Mel the superstar) is absolutely superb, along with all the very pleasant & professional staff namely Sue & Claire. Nothing is too much trouble. A great asset to the village. BIG THANKS
