Dr H Kanabar - Woodstock Bower Group Practice

Visited the chemist today after booking an appointment over the phone. While I was being assessed, one of the workers kept walking in to the private room and banging the door on my knee every time they walked in; they then failed to close the door properly after each time they left. The Pharmacist who had assessed me had terrible attitude, kept huffing and puffing as if they didn't want to be there! Very poor staff and poor work ethic.

Lloyd's pharmacy-Woodstock bowers This pharmacy has got the worst reputation. First of all management and assistant manager treat service users differently to the customers that are allowed in the actual chemist. They are made to go around the back, ring a bell that doesn't work, then wait at a small hatch to get served. Don't get me wrong there is some members of staff that treat you like a human being, but only a couple. Management don't know the law when dealing with scripts. If you have a script that runs for a coupe of weeks, they can't just stop it cause of a review they found online, they didn't like, they have to keep giving them their medication until the script has finished. I think a 'Customer first' course would definitely benefit the staff that are rude, argumentative and don't know how to deal with the public. A warning to anyone who dares write a review about the terrible service they provide, They will stop your script. Maybe a smile, a please and thank you, would help, I mean for goodness sake, it wouldn't kill you. This store is not owned by the NHS just contracted to them, so they can play by their own rules, but Lloyd's is shutting and making many people redundant, so you'd think they would make an effort. Thinking about it though, some of them act like they would rather be somewhere else. Absolute shame
