We contacted this company for an emergency repair involving a leaking radiator and low pressure in our air source heat pump. They arrived within two hours and resolved the issues immediately. Their pricing was very competitive, and the service was excellent. We would absolutely use them again.

Hired them for a small leak on a tank valve and instead of sending their own plumber they sent another company without telling us The plumber replaced the valve without giving any quote or explaining the costs and the part itself was something that would cost around £10 with maybe £100 worth of labour for the time spent but they charged us nearly £400 and refused to give an invoice before payment There was no guarantee no explanation and no professionalism at all It felt like dealing with pure cowboys

Been using this company for quiet a while, great customer service , good price, very friendly plumbers and job well done, would highly recommend.

The service was disappointing as the plumber arrived late and failed to fix the issue properly and the final price was much higher than expected
