Went in yesterday n as paying the lady behind ths counter spoke under her breath 'is that everything' I didn't hear what she said as I'm hard of hearing so asked her to repeat herself and she looked at me like I'd just threatened to kill her. Absolutely awful manners n easiest way to lose customers.

No complaints about the stock or prices. I just find that the staff do not interact with the customers, no eye contact or greeting as you enter or leave. Quite often talk over your head to each other as you are being served.

Service with a smile would be nice, I smiled at the lady behind counter who served me and she just glared back, wish I hadn't bothered, how very rude! It's your customers who keep your business afloat love, try finding some manners

Wonderful shop and owner. If they don't have something, they will happily buy it for you and keep it to one side for you. I've been buying baby milk from here like this for over a year. Awesome, thank you so much :)
