I go to Tim's yoga class, and have done his classes for 4 years. He is an excellent instructor. His instructions are clear, he caters for all abilities with lots of options. I feel so much better in myself both during and after class. My resting pulse is lower, and my breathing has become slower as a result of Tim's help on breathing patterns. My sciatica is so much better for doing yoga with Tim and I am armed with the tools to stretch the nerve successfully, if I get symptoms.

After wanting to join a Pilates class I found the perfect Pilates/yoga class as Tim is an amazing instructor and very welcoming to new people. Me and my friend felt instantly relaxed joining this class. I always look forward to the next session and my body feels so good afterwards. Tim gives a lot of information on how beneficial Pilates/ yoga is good for the body. Would highly recommend

Having considered taking up yoga for many years I finally found Tim and thank goodness I did.... I love it! Tim's friendly, calm and helpful manner meant I never felt like a beginner, something I was afraid of. I have been able to apply the techniques learnt to control palpitations and my back is so much better. The Thursday morning group is great and I have made good friends in such a short time. I would recommend both Tim and yoga to anyone.

I've been taking part in Tim's yoga classes since before lockdown, and they are often the relaxing highlight of an otherwise hectic week. Time is friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. His approach caters for all abilities and, where he knows that someone in the class has a particular physical problem or injury, he offers specific poses to help them.. It's a real bonus that classes are available to attend in person, virtually, or as a recording. I highly recommend Tim's Pilate and Yoga.

Tim's Yoga class is one of the highlights of my week. My body and mind have benefitted greatly from my weekly classes. Tim always brings his happy, enthusiastic and fun nature to his classes. So even if you are uncertain about it being the right exercise for you, you will at least smile and most probably chuckle by the end of the class. Last but not least, you will meet some lovely new friends, as I have.!
