Minibugs Nursery Wincobank

Great nursery. Staff are really attentive and great with my 10 month old who attends part time. The baby room is also set up really nice and theres a nice outdoor play area. Easy to park too which is convenient on the early morning rush! Highly recommended.

Staff are always bubbly and happy to see the kids. The activities definitely stimulate my little girl and now she is talking she regularly says the names of staff and talks about what she has done that day. Yes, sometimes tears at drop off but again staff know how to deal and I feel with confidence that 2mins later she will be playing and having a fun time!

If your a first time mum like myself looking for nurseries is tough. I went to view this place and it looked nice from the outside but my gosh. For context I was looking for my baby for when he turns 1. Bear in mind this was a booked appointment. As soon as I walked in there were nappies on the floor near the sand pit. They had an old scruffy rug with a few pillows where they would put the kids to sleep it looked like it hadn’t been washed or replaced in years. They did have a cot area with 3 cots which were filled with the staffs belongings. Not sure how they are rated 4.7 because their hygiene was definitely a 0.

My eldest has been at Mini Bugs since he was 2 and in a few weeks he'll be leaving to go to school. The staff have always been amazing with him and always super friendly and helpful. His speech and learning skills have come on leaps and bounds. My youngest has started a few months ago and will still be going for the foreseeable future as the staff are great, caring and will always call to keep you updated on your little ones if you have any worries etc. If I could keep both boys here I would!!!

The staff at Minibugs have made it such a good experience for me and my daughter Amelia as she comes home every day learning new things. They also are ready to listen to any concerns I have and always find a solution which makes me feel happy that I am being listened too. My daughter loves this nursery and I don’t think I would have chosen any different! Definitely recommend for those mummies and daddies who struggle to find the best place for their child!
