A great old pub, they do food, but we didn't dine there so couldn't rate it. The staff were great and it's a really friendly pub.
Recommend prebooking Sunday lunch or, at least, arriving early. I have only once arrived in time for Sunday roast - I am always working and travelling up from Wellingborough. Staff and locals are always friendly - the food is always good.
Love this place! The staff are fabulous, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This is where we have our Christmas work party every year and it always meets our expectations. The food is top notch. I would highly recommend it.
Great little pub near Sheffield Area. Just as well it's good as there's only American franchises otherwise. I had the pie - which was great. Wife loved her fish finger sarnie. Only issue was a slightly disappointing selection of beer. Would still go back in future though!
So far, our generous and lovely, tasty meal out has cost £36, (including two rounds of whiskey, two rounds of wine !) Recommending the hearty chicken and vegetable pie, and the gammon and eggs. The Wentworth is a beautiful old slice of history. Close to Forgemasters, and also a great drop in for any Arena night out ! Well cared for and a wonderful little gem. Thanks
