Visited twice, once for an early afternoon beer - they had three beers on and Guinness, and then the next day for breakfast and coffee which was outstanding. An excellent place to visit if you are staying in the vicinity, and a short walk from the arenas and hotels.
A hidden gem! The library venue is set in a charming old library and is a Lovely place for casual dining. Great relaxed atmosphere, food is amazing, staff friendly and can’t do enough for you. Good choice of food, drinks and sweet treats.
Fantastic candlelight light concert in a beautiful venue by the very talented Alistair Griffin. The service was excellent and the pork sandwiches were delicious. Go along and support another fabulous independent venue. Their breakfasts are delicious too!
Really nice atmosphere, brilliant breakfast and brunch and reasonably priced.
A family bruch date. All bar one of us went for the standard breakfast, which consisted of sausage, bacon, egg, black pudding, hash browns, baked beans and tomato. The larger version was the same but larger! Their philosophy is to start with good ingredients and go from there! The cafe was quiet, which is a shame as it is quite a unique place, sport related pictures & memorabilia, musical instruments, art are among the things that adorn the walls. Jamie and Steve run the place and had a reporte with all the customers, which ranged from builders to students. The venue is open for breakfast and bruch, with the occassional special event and is licenced to serve beers/wines etc, as well as offering takeaway coffees and snacks. Well worth a visit if you are in the area S9.
