Visited today and really enjoyed the experience, Skye was so helpful and really nice. Chatty and welcomed with a smile. 100% would recommend and the milkshake was divine x
Got strawberries and chocolate for £6 - tiny portion size only half a cup, mushy old strawberries - not fresh, tiny drizzle of chocolate in the cup from a small spoon around a tea spoon size, when I told the male staff member I ordered chocolate as well as the strawberries he was happy to add the chocolate portion which I payed for and was polite, but the female staff member - suspect team leader or manager was rude to me and said no it’s only a small drizzle I get for £6, I don’t usually pick faults with a company trying to earn a living but the shake lab Meadowhall needs to learn customer service skills and portion sizes, iv never experienced anything like this before and I should have read the reviews first as this is happening to everyone
We shop there a lot and recently acquired a card from them. The manager was so mean today and despite telling her it was my daughters birthday, she said one had to be have a point, she's young, but I have points. It's so mean and really wonder w was it necessary anyway? Spoiling the girls day just for a point? Sad.
