First time visiting today the staff were fantastic. I have an allergy to peppers, the young man at the counter went to get the manager to deal with my order to ensure I was safe. Both were respectful and helpful. The burritos were absolutely fantastic and huge too, very filling. We will definitely be back and recommend. Thank you
Went to Barburrito at 6:30pm today and was excited with what they had to offer. Man at the front serving me was extremely rude and said “you could’ve told me at the start” with a very unwelcoming attitude. I feel like it was racially motivated towards me and my friend as I wasn’t originally planning on getting two but noticed an offer on my app. Will not be coming here again unless he’s fired!
Overpriced rubbish. I was so excited to try this place as I love a good burrito so me and my partner visited yesterday, we ordered a ‘classic’ and ‘loaded’ burrito, ‘loaded’ it was definitely not loaded, asked for cheese and the lady put about 3 bits of cheese on, asked for jalepenos and she put 2 pieces on 😂 it was the saddest burrito I’ve ever seen and both burritos come to £25!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous to say how scabby and unfilled they were. Although I’m partially grateful they weren’t filled properly because immediately after eating it I felt sick, come home and vomited everywhere, still don’t feel right not sure if the food was old or what, not worth £25 at all you should revisit your prices and your ingredients.
🌯 A Culinary Disaster at Barburrito, Meadowhall 💀 Today, my wife and I made a quick, fateful decision to visit Barburrito in Meadowhall. In retrospect, I genuinely wish we had invested that time and money into literally anything else—perhaps watching paint dry. We ordered a "classic," a "loaded," and a side of "mexi fries" to share. What arrived were two cylindrical disappointments. I'm not sure if the burritos were watery or if they had simply been weeping over their own lack of flavor, but they were certainly translucent in spirit. As for the so-called "mexi fries," they were a fascinating sociological study: 95% bland, cold, dry French fries, with the occasional, lone, brave fry trying to spice things up with a single speck of paprika. They were so "stone cold" and "bland" that they actively discouraged consumption. Our experience was a groundbreaking culinary failure. Every single item purchased was abandoned, unfinished—a silent testament to the fact that this is, hands down, the single worst Mexican food we have ever had. We won't be replicating this experience. Unless, of course, we need to train for a survival scenario. Rating: 0/5 stars. Would rather eat the wrapper.
I would like to highlight Daniela’s service and kindness. She was lovely with a great customer service focus. We also really enjoyed the food. It has taken me a while to write this review but hopefully the message can be passed on.
