Good quality food and service. Seated immediately on arrival, and orders taken quickly, I settled for a vegetarian pizza on this occasion, my wife thought her Ceasar salad was top notch. No problem in making a return visit in the future
I really like it here. We came a couple of years ago for a friend's birthday and unfortunately they had an issue in the kitchen to do with the oven/gas supply? I can't fully remember. Either way staff were brilliant- super helpful and kept us in the loop. We only had an extra 30/40 mins wait but we had a good time. Food was delicious when we got it.
Came here for my birthday and hadn't been to a bella Italia since I was a kid, lots of gluten free options which was exciting for me! The staff were so lovely with accommodations. Me and my friend had such a nice meal and drink ill definitely be back
This is one of my favourite places to go to dine, the food is always fantastic and the service is amazing too, you always feel very welcome, like today our server was Lillie and she was super helpful and friendly.
From start to finish, this was by far one of the best meals we've had as a family. When given the choice of where to go for his 18th birthday family meal, our eldest mentioned that he'd eaten here once before and liked it. As soon as we went in, the service was fantastic. They found us a great table, got us a high chair and showed us where to find the gluten free and vegan options. While ordering drinks we briefly discussed between us the birthday but never outright told them. The choices were varied, the meal was great and the prices were reasonable. They stopped to check on us a few times, talked to the little one and just made us feel generally welcome. When they bought our desserts out, they'd even put the extra effort in to write Happy Birthday in Chocolate sauce and put a candle in the cookie dough! Just when we thought it couldn't get better, when asking for the bill they checked whether we had any vouchers or discounts, looking after the customers rather than the profits, and in doing so earned themselves loyal customers for life!
