We ate here for the first time yesterday. Parking is easy and plentiful right outside the building. Once inside there are a number of self service electronic ordering / paying screens, tables and chairs and a couple of help yourself to soft drink stations. Toilets are near the entrance and are for ladies, gents and children. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue overall. Tables not cleared, no toilet paper in the toilets, the self service drink stations and bin area untidy and messy. The food was prepared relatively quickly. The burgers were tasty but small in size, especially the chicken burger. Do not expect big portions (even if you order large). The ice cream was the best thing we ordered, the donuts were mini and cold and tasted like they had been stood in a paper bag for days. Price was on the high side for what we got. The arcade next door was disappointing. Only a few machines and expensive (the grabber used tokens purchased from a token machine). The room was empty when I went to check it out. I won't rush back to eat here in future

Wendy’s Dining Experience Date of Visit: 26/07/2025 I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction following a recent visit to Wendy’s. Regrettably, my experience fell significantly short of both expectations and the standards one would anticipate from a global fast-food establishment. To begin with, the quality of the food was notably subpar. I ordered a sausage and bacon barm, which arrived lukewarm and severely lacking in flavour. The meat components were uninspired, devoid of seasoning, and offered little in terms of texture or taste. The sandwich as a whole felt carelessly assembled and failed to meet even basic expectations for a breakfast item. More disappointing, however, were the donuts, which were priced at a steep £2 each. I found them to be an absolute disappointment in both value and quality. They were served cold, with a texture that suggested they had been prepared well in advance and left to sit. The flavour was virtually non-existent, rendering the item entirely forgettable. A friend of mine, who also tried a donut, noted that the cinnamon coating was so unpalatable that it made him gag—a reaction that is frankly unacceptable for any food product being served to the public. This experience has led me to seriously reconsider returning to Wendy’s in the future. I strongly urge the management to review both the quality control and pricing structure of their menu items, particularly for those aimed at the breakfast market. Value and taste are the cornerstones of customer satisfaction, and on this occasion, both were glaringly absent.

Drove from Manchester to Sheffield for some oasis tickets, saw this place on the way and went after securing the tickets 🙌 Staff were so nice and polite, the place was spotlessly clean, service was amazing and the food was phenomenal! Was in a partial food coma the whole drive back home. So happy we decided to drop by! Wish it wasn't a 3 hour round trip to go here, but will definitely be going again the next time I'm in Sheffield!

Got Takeaway through drive-through, easy and specious driveway. Great fast food service was only waiting minutes. My daves triple burger was delicious, cheesy chips were gorgeous and chocolate raspberry frosty was nice too. Little bit more pricey than other fast food places but the quality is there with Wendy's. Wish burgers were a little bigger.
