Food never even showed up. Nearly 2hrs wait. Takeaway was closed when rang, to ask where food was. The normal food quality is poor- I ordered a pizza as was hungry and only place open at the time. Curries are all microwaved and not fresh- I wouldn't recommend. Have to wait 5 days for cash back also through uber eats. What a joke! Not even worth 1 star. Save yourself the disappointment and order from somewhere else. It's a small takeaway that bought the restaurant name.

17-Aug-21. Normally I love this restaurant, the food is always great and I rarely have any problems. However tonight’s really ticked me off, I place an order on their official website as for some reason I couldn’t order on any food delivery apps. So I looked before on google to check that they were open, which they ARE - Until 4am I might add! But for some reason they accepted my order, taken the money out of my account, only to then to cancel it after waiting 20 minutes, and I have been trying to contact the restaurant now for 30 minutes and it just keeps saying "user busy". So I then tried to contact another number that they provided regarding a refund, only for that to be closed also. I’m really annoyed about this, because why would you accept the order, and take my money and then leave me hungry and without my money, and still allowing people to order on your website, when you keep cancelling them. All I’m saying is I better get my refund soon otherwise, you’ll lose another customer on top of the ones, you are already losing! And I’ll report it as fraudulent activity, as you took the money out fast enough, so I'm not happy waiting 3-5 working days!

Just ordered £28 worth of food and they delivered 1 Curry and nan bread and rice and a bottle of coke that you get free with orders over £20 over 30 minutes late. Driver said thats all he had on the ticket after showing him the order on my phone. Waited up for this takeaway and me and my friends had work in the morning! Do not order from here it's horrible takeaway and just eat are being informed and we are taking this to the top!

My husband ordered from here last night. Having always used the same Indian for ages, we thought we would try a different one. The delivery instructions were ignored. Parts of our order were missing but still charged for. The actual meal itself was too spicy that couldn't even taste the food or even finish it because it was just burning my mouth out. I've had stomach pains and frequent trips to the bathroom all day. Despite all this my husband enjoyed his meal which was different to mine.

Complete waste of money, ordered through Just Eat otherwise I would have phoned and cancelled! 1 Hour 40mins delivery!! phoned twice with no apology. Food was disgusting 1 mouthful and went straight in the bin, 5 star reviews are obviously friends or family. Definitely will NOT be ordering ever again! Note to myself.....Drive to Shapla and pick it up next time!
