Chopstix - Sheffield Meadowhall

Chopstix has to be my favourite takeaway as its so filling and full of flavour. The portions were good value for money and it was all nice and hot. The staff member was very helpful in telling us what's available and what's not and they even suggested downloading the app where upon downloading, you receive 5 free spring rolls😋 Every Chopstix location give a nice unique alternative to the other fast foods as it gives a recognisably difference in the flavour and the coustomality of your food gives soo many different combinations of flavour. This is one of my favourite places to eat and I can't wait to go to meadowhall as ill get to enjoy the delicious food of Chopstix.

I had gone for my birthday meal there and was served by Hlwan. They do a small box as a treat if you’re a member, which to be fair is a great way to value a member. It was a lovely experience. Food was delicious and was served very kindly by her.

I had a great experience at Chopstix, thanks to Hafsaa. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, even during a busy time. Hafsaa took my order patiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was happy with my food. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be returning to Chopstix again!

Wait times are extortionate. We ordered at the till as you cannot redeem vouchers from the app on the screens. It took 40 other orders to arrive before ours was served. After asking the employee they said it's because the till orders get "mixed in with the screen orders", still not sure what this means and how it resulting in such a long wait. The chicken was absolutely delicious, I had salt and pepper and it was amazing. The egg fried rice was pretty plain, not to the same standard as I was expecting. Basically just tasted like plain rice with a bit of egg in it. Unsure what the flavour boosters added to the meal also. Also found it quite pricey for what you get. If wait times can be improved then I would consider visiting again.

This was far better when it was Yangtze I ate there regular food and portion size was great. 👍 Now its Crapstix sorry I meant Chopstix the food quality has declined I found gristle in my sweet n sour chicken which I've never before plus portion size appears the same for large and xlarge yet the price isn't. 👎Big fat thumbs down I'll never return ... bring back Yangtze!!
